Michel Vekved's locally handcrafted lavender infused honey, Lavender in Honey, was a big hit when we introduced it to Seattle's honey fans in late Fall 2007. By the end of the year, we were all out of honey, and our artisan producer has recently re-supplied us. Delicious when enjoyed with Manchego cheese, teas, yogurt or simply spun on a spoon!
We continue to expand our selection of locally made products, and we are proud to be carrying a new seasonal flavor of bittersweet chocolate marmalade - Pear Citron Chocolate Marmalade - from Petits Noirs in Walla Walla.

Brand new product to Bella Cosa Foods - currently we are the only Seattle retail outlet for this famous island treasure, handmade on Lopez Island. Mustards include: Dill-Caper, Red Onion and Garlic and Smokey Chardonnay Sauce. Paired with Framani salametto, salmon and hearty Italian red wine. $1 wine tasting fee.
Saturday, February 23rd - Black Truffle Sauce, Cheese & Wine
Taste our newest truffle product, an Italian black truffle sauce, paired with cheese and a mineral-rich Sicilian white wine. Earthy, complex and delicious! $1 wine tasting fee.
