We at Bella Cosa have managed to get our hands on the latest sensation from local favorite Salumi Meats - Agrumi Salumi. Characterized by notes of citrus and cardamom, Agrumi is a refreshing yet mild pure pork dry-cured sausage. It carries an intense and satisfying flavor, and pairs well with a variety of cheeses.
